"A" Flight Ken Hawley shot
70-73 in the 2 day event to claim the overall Deerwood Mens Club Championship
last weekend. It was Hawley's 1st Club Championship. Defending champ
Rich Bolender finished second with a pair of even par 72's. Andrew Faulring captured the low net in the "A"
with 71-74 for 145.
"AA" Flight champ Eric Schug shot 77-77 for 144 The low net "AA" was
Adam Kraft with a 71-70 for 141.
"B" Flight champ Dave Walos shot 77-81 for 158. The low
net "B" was Jim Walters with 71-68 for 139.
"C"
Flight champ shot Jamie Krolczyk shot 90-89 for 179. Ray Heider was
the "C" low net with 73-75 for 148.
"CC"
Flight champ Pete Rizzo shot 90-94 for 184. John Collins was the "CC" low net with 74-78 for 152.
Thanks to all who participated. Special thanks to our
Tournament Director Paul Riexinger who had to handle the brunt of some controversy
due to the negligance of some individuals. Thanks also to the staff at Fairways who served up a fine steak
dinner at our summer picnic which capped off the weekend.

which was sold on Saturday, that ticket is worth $230.00......If you
have it, contact Treasurer Tom Lewis to claim the cash...otherwise
we will add that to the 50/50 split at the year-end banquet in October....
